Built as a permanent structure in the 1950s for the State Singing Convention, the "Grove" has become a central park for families to enjoy throughout the year. The stage and picnic shelter is utilized for concerts, family birthdays and reunions, and a host of public events. The playground equipment is a favorite afternoon treat for families with small children and is open to the public.
